Online Registration’s form Signature for Continuing Students

Dear Continuing Students,

To make the process smoother for the registration form signature, you can either visit the coordinator’s office for Face to Face:

• Dr Benrya Yassine, Graduate’s Coordinator, Building 11
• Dr Yassine El Bouchikhi, Undergraduate’s Coordinator, Building 8b, Office 311

Or you can alternatively submit the document online, there is a continuous review of documents and digital signature is done once file is complete.

Please make sure that you clear the holds if you have any, and prepare the following documents:

• Registration form filled with the courses you want to take (Please check if you have the pre-requisites, and you have no time conflicts)
• Your unofficial transcript (you can get it from the portal)
• In case of an academic hold (a copy of probation letter/contract, or the email sent to you by registration informing you about the allowed course load)
• Make sure that your advisor signs the document first
