We are ready to launch the Spring 2025 edition of CasaSem, our innovative program where academic excellence meets real-world experience. Live, study and work in vibrant Casablanca!
CasaSem: Where Academic Excellence Meets Real-World Experience
Designed for ambitious students seeking to elevate their academic experience while gaining invaluable professional exposure, CasaSem offers an enriching blend of coursework and co-ops/ internships.
These courses may also serve as special topics or electives.
Choose from the following list of available courses (students with a GPA=>3.0 can take up to 6 courses including Int4301/Int4303):
Course 1: INT 4301 – Internship (Required internship if you have accumulated at least 75 credits at the beginning of the spring semester)
Course 2: Int 4303 -Co-op (can be counted as an elective or special topics)
Course 3: FIN 3307 – Financial Reporting and Analysis
Course 4: FIN4304 – International Finance
Course 5: FIN 4306 – Financial Investments and Securities Analysis
Course 6: ACC 3201 – Moroccan Accounting and taxation
Course 7: GBU 3203 – Enterprises, Markets, and the Moroccan Economy
Course 8: MKT 3305 – Brand Management
Course 9: MGT 4312 – Project Management
The CasaSem offers more than just classroom education. You will have the invaluable opportunity to participate in a co-op/internship with reputable firms in the vibrant region of Casablanca. These industry components are designed to provide you with practical experience, allowing you to apply the concepts you learn in class, gain exposure to the inner workings of these industries, and have an edge when you are seeking jobs.
With our flexible schedule, you can seamlessly balance your classes and work commitments. Internships are held four days a week (Monday-Thursday), allowing you to attend classes (Friday) and fully immerse yourself in both academic and professional pursuits. This unique combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application will deepen your understanding of finance and marketing and enhance your employability in the competitive job market.
