You can submit your graduation declarations via the link provided below and as indicated in the screenshot attached:
Please ensure you attach your unofficial transcript to your submission. You can easily obtain your unofficial transcript from the portal.
Please fill out the graduation declaration form, get your advisor signature then upload it preferably in PDF format via the link shared with you.
Please do not wait until the last minute to submit.
