SLP vs CIP – Important

Dear Students,

For your information SLPs are being offered by SSE and SHSS, but as announced before there will be no SLP at SBA this term, we got the confirmation recently.

If you want to take the SLP from other schools, you can. Taking the SLP is not mandatory, it is written nowhere in the procedures, but the CIP is mandatory and is not a credit bearing course – Page 126 of the catalogue-.

As a reminder, as stated in the catalog, for those who are graduating and they need to take the SLP and make it a replacement of CIP – this is a derogatory situation based on case per case -, then it is mandatory to get the validation of the VPAAs office, we recommend that you do it before taking it to avoid any surprise in the end.
