Open Days, Add and Drop and Special requests

Dear Students,

We hope you’re settling into the new term smoothly! Here’s a quick reminder about the current open days, the add/drop period, and how to handle special requests.

Open Days Period Is Here!

The Open days period is the perfect time to finalize your course schedules. If you’re considering switching courses, this is your opportunity to explore options and make adjustments. Many students are still moving between courses, so seats may open up unexpectedly.

What Should You Do?

  • Check regularly: Availability can change frequently, so be proactive and keep an eye on the course listings.
  • Act quickly: If you see an open spot in a course you want, grab it before it’s gone.

What If You Can’t Secure a Spot?

If you’re unable to enroll in a course during the add/drop period, don’t worry. Special requests will be opened after the add/drop period to address such cases. This will be your chance to formally request a seat in the course you need.

Important Notes

  • Special requests are only for students who couldn’t secure a spot during the add/drop period.
  • Be sure to have a clear reason for your request
  • No need to contact the school or coordination at this level, special requests are processed only via the official portal not via email

We encourage you to take advantage of the add/drop period and explore all your options. Please follow the registrar’s office instructions carefully.
